PHRYGIA. Amorium. Vespasian, 69-79. (Bronze, 20 mm, 6.38 g, 1 h), L. Antonius Longeinos. OYEΣΠAΣIANON KAIΣAPA AMOPIANOI Laureate head of Vespasian to right, tip of neck truncation on globe. Rev. EΠI Λ ANTΩNIOY ΛONΓEINOY Eagle standing to left on a scepter or a curious thunderbolt. RPC II 1424. Only three examples recorded in RPC. With a good, early portrait of Vespasian and a brown patina. Some pitting, especially on the reverse, and with both sides slightly off center, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
